Covered issues include:

Resolution:
- A free replacement or a refund to the original payment method
- If a return is required, return shipping will be covered by us
- In most cases, no return is required
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Orders placed incorrectly

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
