About the Art
About the Art
Morning and night, as a pair.
Modeh Ani is the first thing a Jewish child says on waking. The Shema is the last thing they say before sleep. Together they bookend a child's day, and hung side by side they make a room feel complete.
The Modeh Ani print is set among warm, painterly songbirds in a sunrise palette of peach and terracotta. The Shema is quieter and deeper: a sleeping lamb under a crescent moon and soft night clouds. Two moods, one family, made to hang together.
Perfect for
- Jewish nurseries, boy or girl (both palettes are gender neutral)
- Brit milah, simchat bat and baby naming gifts
- Jewish baby showers, where a set feels like a real present
- Over a crib, side by side, or either side of a doorway
- Hebrew school, day school and yeshiva classrooms
Product features
- Bright, vibrant colors that won't fade under sunlight
- Premium semi-glossy or matte paper
- Soft textured surface for a fine art finish
- Lightweight and easy to frame
Two prints in the size you choose: 8x10, 16x20 or 18x24 inches. Frames not included, and the sizes are standard so you can pick them up locally.
Buying the pair costs less than buying each print on its own.
